2003 FIFA Women's World Cup: European Qualifying Round draw

Group 3 Russia,Germany,Italy,England
Group 4 Spain, Portugal, Iceland, Netherlands

The four group winners will qualify automatically for China, while the four runners-up will contest two-legged playoff Semi-Finals and a Final to determine the fifth qualifier from Europe.

The composition of these playoff matches have been pre-determined, and are listed below. The two teams that win these matches contest the playoff Final. Qualifying matches are set to start in September 2001.
